1. Services

PNW Arbor Care provides professional tree care services throughout the Seattle-Tacoma region, including but not limited to:

• Tree Removal
• Tree Pruning & Trimming
• Preventative Tree Care
• Deadwood Removal
• Windsail Reduction
• Hazard Tree Assessments
• Emergency Tree Services
• Residential Tree Care
• Commercial Tree Care

All services are performed according to industry best practices and applicable safety standards. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a written estimate or proposal.

2. Estimates & Proposals

• Estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
• Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise noted.
• Pricing may change if site conditions differ from those originally observed.
• Additional work requested by the customer may require a revised estimate.
• No work will be performed beyond the agreed scope without customer approval.

3. Scheduling

PNW Arbor Care will make reasonable efforts to complete services on the scheduled date.

However, scheduling may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Equipment availability
• Emergency service calls

If a schedule change is necessary, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Certain projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, ACH transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
• Late payments may be subject to collection costs and applicable fees.

5. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.

The customer is responsible for notifying PNW Arbor Care of:

• Underground utilities
• Irrigation systems
• Septic systems
• Invisible fencing
• Other known site hazards

PNW Arbor Care is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hidden structures.

6. Safety & Property Protection

Tree work involves heavy equipment, rigging systems, chainsaws, and other specialized tools.

PNW Arbor Care takes reasonable precautions to protect people and property. However, customers acknowledge that certain minor impacts may occur during the normal course of work, including:

• Lawn depressions
• Soil disturbance
• Minor landscape disruption
• Sawdust and debris

Any significant property damage caused by negligence will be addressed appropriately.

7. Tree Removal & Stump Services

Unless specifically stated in the estimate:

• Tree removal does not include stump grinding or stump removal.
• Firewood removal, log hauling, or debris hauling may be separate services.
• Root removal is not included unless specifically listed in the proposal.

Additional services may be available upon request.

8. Tree Health & Warranty Disclaimer

Trees and plants are living organisms influenced by environmental conditions beyond our control.

PNW Arbor Care does not guarantee:

• Future tree health
• Future structural integrity
• Survival of any tree or plant
• Protection from future storm damage

Recommendations are provided based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

9. Insurance

PNW Arbor Care maintains appropriate business insurance, including liability coverage and workers' compensation coverage where required by law.

Proof of insurance is available upon request.

10. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule services by providing reasonable notice.

Projects canceled after scheduling, mobilization, or equipment allocation may be subject to reasonable cancellation fees.

11. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of PNW Arbor Care and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. PNW Arbor Care is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

12. Marketing & Project Photography

PNW Arbor Care may photograph completed projects, work sites, equipment, or completed work for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

Customer addresses, personal information, and sensitive details will not be publicly disclosed.

Customers may request that project photos not be used by notifying PNW Arbor Care in writing before work begins.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNW Arbor Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided by PNW Arbor Care shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Washington State.
